I am a professional counselor, LMFT, LPC, life coach & consultant. I have several years of training and counseling experience. I help clients deal with root issues and also focus on becoming healed and whole.

I work with many individuals; however, my main clients are Women of all ages who are working on healing and wholeness. I offer practical and impacting strategies to help the ideal woman who "wears several hats".
